Strength and Conditioning

Zach Lewis, B.S., CSCS

Zach Lewis is our strength and conditioning coach here at TVC. We brought Zach on for the 2022 Travel Club season to improve the weight room and the program that we have already been offering to our players.

Zach has spent the past 5 years in the Toledo area training athletes to become physically stronger and more dominant in their movement in sport. He has worked with a variety of athletes that play baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, etc. He specializes in training baseball, basketball, and volleyball players because those are the teams and athletes he works with the most.

He graduated from BGSU in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Human Movement and went on to receive his first certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Before graduating from BGSU he spent 4 months out in Denver, Colorado at a facility called Panorama Sports Institute where he was able to learn from some of the best minds in the country. Surprisingly enough one of his supervisors in Denver was our strength coach back in around 2012 & 2013.

Zach is now training full time in the facility through his training company Resilient Sports Performance and is available throughout the year not just during club season.
