TVC Youth, Junior High and High School League teams give players all of the benefits of training with TVC without the burden and high cost of traveling and playing in all-day events.  Coaches will train players on all skills while in a team setting, making for a great balance of instruction and competitive game play.

Toledo Volleyball Club now offers three options for 'in-house' league:

Spring League includes Youth, Middle School, Jr. High, and High School ages; the Youth League is for players in Grades 3-4 ; the Middle School League if for players in Grades 5-6; and the Junior High League is for players in Grades 7-8. The High School League is for all High School age players.

This EIGHT week season (plus two weeks of practice at the beginning) will start practices  on April 5th at The Lucas Co. Rec Center in Maumee,  (2901 Key Street, Hall 1) home of Toledo Volleyball Club.  Matches will be held  at Toledo Volleyball Club as well (2901 Key Street, Hall 1)Dates are down below.

Our combine will be Saturday, March 30th (Spring League) Youth (3rd-4th Grade) and Middle School (5th-6th Grade) combine will be from 1-2:30 pm  and Junior High (7th-8th Grade) and High School (9th-12th grade).  will be from 3-4:30 pm. Please note you will still be placed on a team if you do not attend the combine. As long as we receive a deposit you will be placed on a team. 

Our combine helps us to form teams. Teams are based on a combination of skill level and schools.  You will get an email by April 3rd with your team placement and any forms that you will need to turn in at your 1st practice. Any returning league players from Fall 2023 & Winter 2024 will not need to turn in any paperwork. New players will receive paperwork attached that will need to be collected at the 1st practice,  which includes the  USAV Med Form.

Spring league TOTAL FEES

Your fees include:

• Two, 90 minute practice sessions per week (Held at TVC, 2901 Key Street, Hall 1, Maumee, OH)

  • Practices start on April 5th

    • Friday: 4:30-6 pm, 6-7:30 pm, 7:30-9 pm. 

    • Sunday: 4:30-6 pm, 6-7:30 pm, 7:30-9 pm.

    • Practice times will be in your e-mail sent out after combine.

    • Older teams will generally practice later--HS for sure  

• Play dates (Spring): 4/20, 4/27, 5/6, 5/9, 5/13, 5/16, 5/20, 5/23 (You will not play all league dates, this is to accommodate all teams. All league teams get 12 matches in the season no matter what.)

  • $2 entry fee, referees provided. Cash only. Children 18 and under get in free. We do ask for a volunteer parent scorekeeper. 

  • Match times on Saturdays will begin between 8-10 am, match times on Weekdays will begin at 4:30 pm.

  •  We follow continuous play, so if a match finished early, the next one will begin as soon as possible.

  • Older teams will most likely have later start times.

• If you have not played league before, your child will need a Uniform Package. The ink to place the uniform order and pay will be available soon.

• That includes two cotton practice t-shirts, 1 pair of Nike Spandex, 1 Nike Legend Jersey Tee, and a Nike long sleeve Warm-up top. 

  • Uniforms will be distributed at practice the week before their 1st match. 

• If you are a returning league player, your player can use her practice shirts from a previous year or pay $5 each for new practice shirts if needed.
