As of today, March 15, 2018 Sydney and Leeanne are retiring from their shared position as Associate Directors of Toledo Volleyball Club.  Both will continue to be around the club as they coach their respective teams.  Leeanne will also continue to handle the hotel responsibilities through the end of this travel season.  Sydney will be handling the staff responsibilities for our annual fundraiser, "Side Out, Night Out" that will be held on June 9, 2018.

I cannot begin to tell you what an awesome job Leeanne and Syd together with Mike have done for TVC over the past 2 1/2 years.  Whether it was expanding our league program, our Volley Tots program, handling the switch to Nike uniforms and handling coach recruitment and assignments, tryouts, team formation and basically all parental concerns- they did it with professionalism, dedication and a little bit of humor.  The club is financially healthy and the future is bright.  I want to thank both of them from the bottom of my heart.   When I was flat on my back this fall and in no condition to do much of anything, they held it all together for me and the club.

I appreciate that Syd and Leeanne have been open to working on the transition with Jess and Mike and me  as we start the next chapter of the club.  I share their belief that Jess will bring excitement and experience to the club and a renewed focus on our training model and that Jess and Mike will be a great team going forward.

Again, my most sincere appreciation to Syd, Leeanne for all that they have done and to Mike and Jess for all they will continue to do to assure the success of Northwest Ohio's oldest (and IMHO - BEST ) Volleyball Club!   My appreciation also to our great coaching staff and players and parents.  Thank you.
