Governor Michael DeWine announced today that he is ordering  the closure of many facilities across the state in an effort to stop the spread of the Coronavirus, including Fitness Centers, Recreation Centers and Gyms.  The facilities must close by end of day today, Monday, March 16, 2020.    To that end, TVC will be closed to any activity until we receive word from the state, CDC, or US Government that it is safe to open.    This is an exceptionally difficult time in our country’s history- and we need to do everything we can to keep our TVC family safe.

The office will be open and we will continue our diligence in keeping our facility and offices clean.  The staff is working with our governing bodies to see what the plan is beyond the 8 week time frame we are presently looking at.  We are looking at all teams on an individual basis with regards to their season.  We had hoped that small group training and private lessons would be permitted, but with the latest from the US Government to limit groups to 10 and fewer that appears to be off the table for now.  We will certainly update you as we learn more.

Please follow the CDC guidelines.  The most important is maintaining social distance and washing your hands. The President’s Task Force is on TV as I am writing this.  They have mentioned this virus could affect our daily lives into July and August.  While we hope that is not the case, our health is the top priority and we will follow all guidelines.  Please stay safe and healthy!
