Caroline Humbert, Licensed Physical Therapist will be offering small group classes on “Mastering Movement”   Her goal is to teach our younger athletes the proper way to move their bodies to prevent injury and maximize their athleticism.  The 4-week course will include a movement assessment for each participant and how to use basic muscle groups and basic agility.  The classes will be limited to 10 athletes for each session.  Caroline will have an assistant so that the teacher to student ratio is not more than 5:1.   Participants will be given a reference book to keep.
