Our clinics will be run 1 hour long and include 2 skills, attacking/serving and passing/digging. Both these skills coincide with each other and will allow for seamless transition to the next. Our clinics will be separated into age groups as well. The following age groups will be separated into 2 courts:
Our Travel Tryout and Jr.High/High School Tryout refresher camps are designed to get those much needed volleyball reps before tryouts and simulate what one might see during a tryout evaluation process. These camps are for incoming 7th-12th graders. Please note our travel tryout refresher camp is for U14 age eligible athletes only. (8th grade and up typically.)
Our Strength Training is designed to improve speed, vertical touch, and resiliency when it comes to the dynamic sport of volleyball. Our Strength Training will be led by our National Level teams strength coach, Zach Lewis. These sessions will be open to 7th-12th graders.
