Sunday December 2nd	Meet the Team Night Deposit of $250.00 due Order Uniforms and Apparel
Sundays in December	Open Gym at Synergy 5-7 pm for 6-8th grade 7-9 p.m. for high school players. $2.00 at the door
Fridays in December	Open Gym 5-7 p.m. 12 and under $2.00 at the door Open Gym 7-9 p.m. 13 and 14’s $2.00 at the door
Monday December 3rd	Early Bird Team Practices Begin (M/W)
Tuesdays/Thursdays Beginning 12/4	Boot Camp Pre Season 14-1, 14-M, and all teams 15 and up Sign up for your time slot at Meet the Team. This will continue Tuesdays and Thursday until January 15th. All athletes not participating in a winter sport are expected to participate
Sunday December 9	11/12 and 13 Blue Player meeting and team assignment at Synergy 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Come prepared to play)
Monday December 10th	Apparel Order Night 7-9 p.m. at Synergy
Sundays December 16, 23, 30, Jan. 6	“Fundamentals are Fun” 4 week clinic for players age 8-11 years old 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. $50.00 for TVC members, $75.00 for Non TVC members. Advance Registration is required Conducted by TVC Alums, Kelsey Hills, Meggie Marten and Alison Mugler
Wednesday December 26th	“If You Can’t Pass, You Can’t Play” Clinic (90 Minutes) 11:00 a.m. 12 and under 1:00 p.m. 13-14 3:00 p.m. 15-18 Led by OAC libero of the Year, from Baldwin Wallace College and TVC alum, Meggie Marten and Alison Mugler, dig leader for Murray State University $5.00 at the door
Thursday December 27th	“Hitting . . .Hard and Smart” Clinic (90 Minutes) 11:00 a.m. 12 and under 1:00 p.m. 13-14 3:00 p.m. 15-18 Conducted by All American Outside Hitter and TVC alum, Kelsey Hills $5.00 at the door
Friday December 28th	“Serve to Win” Clinic 11:00 a.m. 12 and under 1:00 p.m. 13-14 3:00 p.m. 15-18 Led by Ace Career Leader at Baldwin Wallace College and TVC alum, Meggie Marten $5.00 at the door
Saturday December 29th	“Setting the Table” Clinic 11:00 a.m. 12 and under 1:00 p.m. 13-14 3:00 p.m. 15-18 Led by current TVC 18-1 coach and private lesson instructor and 3 year starting setter for the University of Toledo, Emi Holsclaw $5.00 at the door
Tuesday January 1, 2008	Second Installment of Fees Due
Sunday January 6	New Coach Orientation Meeting/Ethics Training 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Location: St. Ursula Academy
Tuesday and Thursday January 8 and, January 10	Position Training at Synergy 4-6 p.m. 13 and under 6-8 p.m. 14-15 8-10 p.m. 16-18
Friday January 11	Impact Clinic for all uncertified coaches St. Ursula Academy 5:00 -9:00 p.m. Check in at 4:30 p.m. Coaches must register at www.ovr.org Coaches who cannot attend this session must attend another session-this is a requirement for all OVR coaches. Impact Clinic Schedule will be on the OVR website
Saturday and Sunday January 12-13	USAV CAP certification at St. Ursula Academy Conducted by Shelton Collier, USAV Junior National Coach. 8 am-8 pm on Saturday 8 am-4 pm on Sunday Pre-registration is required. Sunday January 13	Recruiting Seminar for 15’s-18’s players and parents 6:00 p.m St. Ursula Academy Conducted by Scott Carter of College Volleyball Recruiting Solutions $10.00 per person/$20.00 per family. Pre-registration is required
Monday-Tuesday January 14-15	Court Installation at Lucas County Recreation Center. Teams will be asked to help.
Wednesday January 16th	Practice Schedule Begins for all Teams-LCRC and Synergy
Saturday January 19th	Friendship Tournament at LCRC. Early Bird teams will participate. The scrimmage will be followed up by a scorekeeping clinic for new TVC players from 5-6:30 p.m.
Sunday January 20	Uniform Pick-up and Team Picture Day and Potluck at Lucas County Recreation Center. Please come 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled time to pick up your uniform. Potluck will run all day and teams will eat following their pictures. Schedule and Assignment will be on the website Initial Apparel Order Pick Up and Reorder Day 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday February 1	Third Installment of Fees Due
Monday February 10	Final Apparel Order Day (Lucas County Recreation Center 7:00-9:00 p.m.)
Thursday March 1	Final Installment of Fees Due
